I had two big sunflowers that I wanted covered up and I was unsure if anyone would be able to do it until now. Brandon was absolutely fantastic! He made me feel comfortable and explained the process so I knew what to expect. His bedside manner is impeccable and he was really patient with me. I gave him full creative control over the tattoo because I'm not an artist, I had no idea what would even work or not work and I was not disappointed with the results. I will be back. Thank you so much Brandon! Also thought it was pretty cool that the shop looks like an old school tattoo shop and not like a creepy dentist office.

Me and my friend went to get matching bows & a couple of letter work done and Diana was our artist. I’ve been going to female artist for a couple years, and she has to be by far my favorite even when I changed my mind or wanted to add something she was very patient with me along with giving me different options in fonts to choose from. She was professional and very clean with her prep work. The shop itself was fairly clean as well. Street parking or lot parking is available on the back of the building for a few dollars. I will for sure be stopping by again for more pieces.

From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by how clean and welcoming the shop was. The entire staff was friendly, professional, and made me feel completely at ease. This was my very first tattoo, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Brandon was absolutely amazing—so patient and kind as he listened to my ideas and gave thoughtful advice on color, size, and placement. His talent is undeniable. Ashley (male) hands down provided top notch customer service, superior communication skills, is extremely clean, disinfected and sanitized habitually, as well as after each person even the handles to the exit to the door and POS (point of sale pad). Additionally, he is very personable, thorough, organized and enjoys his profession. I would recommend any and everyone to him that is seeking an awesome piercer. It is important to note that he was very gentle, too! The only con is tattoo artist Jevin or Jevan who left a-lot to be desired customer service wise. His greeting towards us was not warm, at all. He seemed annoyed by us as soon as we walked in and got in line, and instead of a basic greeting while we stood there he annoyingly stares at us and asks, "Everything okay?" to which I replied, "We are here to see Ashley for ear piercing" to which he responded, "Well he's pretty busy." Ashley (in the background) overhears this and mentions he has several people ahead of us which wasn't a problem for us since we were already aware that it is first come first serve. The professional and proper way to greet clients is, "Hey there! How can we help you today?" and not stare in annoyance and condescendingly ask a question. Honestly, I almost left, but since I already took time to drive there, find parking and pay for it I decided to stick it out and it was definitely worth the wait.
